Published rates are in US dollars, all-inclusive and cover taxes, building expenses, electricity, gas, water, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet and weekly maid service. No further commissions are charged.

Reservations are to be paid by credit card. Credit card payment information will be sent to you with your reservation confirmation.

The remaining balance for the rental is to be paid in full upon your arrival.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation please let us know as soon as possible.

If notice of cancellation is received within 10 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the reservation will be refunded to your credit card. No refunds will be made if you cancel your reservation within a shorter time period.

Changes in your reservation are subject to availability.

The check-in time is after 3:00 PM and the check-out time is before 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate you if these times are in conflict with your schedule.

On the check-out day, we will be at the apartment to check the condition of the apartment. Should there be any broken or missing items or damage to the apartment we will require a payment.

Early check-outs: Please, inform us as soon as possible. There shall be no refunds if you leave earlier than your reservation dates.

Extensions: If you want to postpone your check-out (days or hours), please inform us as soon as possible. If we have already reserved the apartment, we will be unable to postpone the check-out.

All apartments are cleaned before your arrival. We provide one change of bed linens, towels and maid service once per week. An extra change of linens and towels as well as additional maid service can be arranged for an extra charge.

Our apartments are fully furnished. Each apartment includes: full time Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV, DVD/CD player, cell phone with answering service, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils, linens and towels.

Cell phones are to receive local or international calls. For local calls, you can use the cell phone with prepaid calling cards.

No pets are allowed in the apartments.

They are non-smoking apartments.
