A. No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments.
Q. What are the advantages of staying with ChileStay Apartments
rather than a hotel?
A. There are cost advantages with staying in our apartments. On
average our rates are 30 % to 50% less than hotels. Apartments
provide you with more space and privacy, with kitchens as an alternative to high priced room service
meals.
Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
A. The daily and weeky rent includes taxes,
building expenses, electricity, gas, water, cable TV, Wi-Fi
internet and weekly maid service. No further commissions are charged.
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00
AM If you need to make special arrangements, we will do our
best to accommodate you.
Q. Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Q. Is the apartment building safe?
A. Yes. The building has 24 hour doorman service.
Q. Is there housekeeping service?
